How do I earn a referral fee?
You earn when a homeowner you introduce completes and pays for their renovation project through Realm. Referral fees are based on a percentage of the final project value and are paid after Realm receives payment.
How much can I earn?
Direct introductions earn 1.00% of the closed project value. Additional tier percentages may apply for referrals made through people you invite, with a maximum total payout of 1.50% per project. Projects must have a minimum value of $25,000 to qualify.
